The project will train teachers and educators from VET schools, training providers and intermediary bodies on the design and co-creation of e-Learning courses on Management of Apprenticeship Programs for SMEs and tailor made Mobile APPs adapted to the specific reality and needs of the companies, to be used by in-company VET trainers in order to strike the right balance between the company-specific skill needs of the employer and the general employability of the apprentice.

The project will design and elaborate the following outputs to support the participation of SMES in apprenticeship programs:
A European ECVET Curriculum on Management of Apprenticeship Programs for SMEs, defining and mapping the competencies, knowledge and skills that in-company VET trainers needs to achieve a quality performance of management and training activities in apprenticeship programs in Europe. The ECVET Curriculum will also facilitate the recognition of competences in different countries, supporting the mobility of in-company VET trainers across Europe and promoting lifelong learning, skills certification and training credit.
A comprehensive Training Course on Management of Apprenticeship Programs for SMEs, with a set of innovative educational materials addressed to in-company VET trainers in order to improve the competence on management and training activities in apprenticeship programs defined in the ECVET Curriculum.
A multi-level Mobile Instructional Learning APP addressed to teachers and educators from VET schools, training providers and intermediary bodies to design and co-create tailor made Mobile Apps to be used by in-company VET trainers.
A Multilingual e-Learning Platform, accessible as Open Educational Resource, to integrate the Training Course in a e-learning module on Management of Apprenticeship Programs for SMEs, to be tested through a pilot course addressed to teachers and educators from VET schools, training providers and intermediary bodies, and to be used also by these teachers and educators to train in-company VET trainers in a second pilot phase.
A Set of tailor made Mobile APPS, co-created by teachers and educators from VET schools, training providers and intermediary bodies that have participated in the pilot courses, adapted to the specific reality and needs of the companies and to be used by in-company VET trainers in the general employability of the apprentice.
A Guide for validation, certification & accreditation with recommendations to policy makers, VET Schools and educational institutions, VET providers, chambers of commerce and other intermediary bodies to support further maturing of certification & accreditation policies on Management of Apprenticeship Programs for SMEs in Europe, as a result of the ECVET Curriculum and the Training programme developed in the framework of the project, towards transparency concerning the variety of possible IVET and CVET programmes and their learning outcomes in accordance with the EQF.
